Overview
We use Australia Post to deliver our parcels to AUS and NZ.
Shipping within AUS takes between 1-5 business days, while 5-10 business doys in NZ
Shipping within the UK takes 1-2 business days, tracked. We have a warehouse in the UK so that we can ship domestically to all our UK customers.
Shipping within Canada takes between 5-8 business doys
Other countries take between 15-25 business days (depending on your local post services).
**To the USA and all other countries, we use UPS as a carrier from our warehouse, however, once it arrives in your country, it will be handed over to your local post services. They will be responsible for the delivery of your parcel. We urge customers to contact your local post office for assistance

In the event any information about a product is incorrect (e.g size, price ete), Alya Skin reserves the right fo refuse or cancel any order placed for that incorrectly described item. In the event of such a refusal or cancelation of an order and your chosen payment method has been charged, Alya Skin shall issue a credit to that chosen payment method in the amount of the cancelled order.
Delivery
Delivery Alya Skins not responsible for any failure to deliver products on time or at all to the fullest extent permitted by law if such failure results from an event beyond its reasonable control. An event beyond its reasonable control would include but is not limited to war, rebellion, labour strike, natural disaster such as an earthquake or an endemic or pandemic such (COVID-19. In such circumstances we shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the product to you once the event no longer prevents us from doing so.
Lost Parcels
Alya Skin accepts no responsibility for lost or unclaimed packages. Online tracking is available to you and is sent to you via email once you place an order. It is your responsibility to track the item via our website by clicking the ‘Track my Order. We urge customers to access their tracking code if there is a delay in tracking and/or receiving your order. If the wrong address information is inputted into the checkout page when an order is placed on the website, and as a result, a parcel is sent out then returned back to us. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the product to be re-sent to the correct address.
Refunds / Returns Policy
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law Aya Skin will accept all refunds or replacement requests if the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery. The product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and fear, and the packaging must not have been damaged. If the packaging is damaged in only way or if the product has been opened / used, you will not be entitled too refund or replacement.
